You need to reset the MPG meter. If it has not been reset in a long time, it is calculating the average, so it will not go up much without a lot of constant driving.
What I do is when I am on the highway, I reset it.

Lucky. I'm getting about 12 mpg city. The DIC says 16, but that's bull****.

i would say you need to pull the battery... and wait 10 mins.. then go for a drive and take it easy no gasing it. That will let the computer learn,...

I got 8mpg with some AP103... Usually i get 18-19 city without air and around 30 or so on hwy..

Well, you are right, you are getting pretty low gas mileage. Consider the fact I don’t know much about your car, except the mods you listed. I’ll start off by saying, those wheels on your avatar don’t appear to be stock size. And if the tire OD is off, so will DIC mpg. Now on to some tips, because no one so far has given even one! Lol

    1) New spark plugs
I’d go with AL606 plugs. Going to an unnecessarily colder plug can hurt your mpg.
    2) Clean your MAF
    3) Replace your O2 sensor (if your over 100K)
The accuracy of the exhaust manifold sensor O2 sensor is critical in getting good mpg.
    4) Run your tire pressure about 32-33 psi

When you unplug the battery for sensor replacement/cleaning, your car will re-learn and then you should be good.
Also, since I see you just posted again. Mpg isn’t magic, it has a lot to do with plain facts. How fast are you going with how fast your engine is turning. No car gets its best mpg at 73mph, try 68mph and see what you get.

for sure. if i had 2.93s it would have been even better. you need to run more timing when youre cruising to get good MPG.

i can get the same mpg at 80 that i can at 60. i dont think that matters.

does the older models not tell you instant gas econemy??? that helps alot with trying to save gas. the way you drive it has ALOT to do with it also. you may think your taking it easy, but you could do better im sure.

You can buy spray MAF cleaner in a can and clean it. Take it off the engine to clean.

Every car has O2 sensors... No code does not mean they are getting weak. You would change out the first, or front sensor.

Your EGR will also mess with things, get that fixed. You can also clean EGRs before replacing.
