Ok, so i have a downpipe, plugs, t-stat, intake, and a box tune
Is a 3.5 pulley safe, or what am i missing I don't think i want to go any further as far as pulley so I don't want headers, im just sticking with the 3.5

you may need a plog as the front manifold is restrictive, but the only way that you will know is if you have something to scan with to see how much PSI you are making and more importantly how much knock you are getting. Each vehicle is different, there is no for sure way to tell without scanning. What plugs do you have and where is your PCM from?
you might be able to get by with the 605's, but if you are knocking you will need to drop down to 104's to kill some knock...
Yes I have already bought the 104's I actually bought those first and someone told me not to put those on yet, that was when I was totally stock so i kept them and figured i would use them when i modded more.
you drop the plug heat range when changing the pulley.
104's are fine...a 3.5" is basically a 3.4" so there is no issue IMO.
If you don't want to spend the money and you have a dremel...pull off the front manifold and hog the crap out of it...better than nothing and it is free...plus you can do that with your supercharger too...por the outlet to lower the outlet temps to even further reduce KR...and if you can turn a wrench you can por those things...I never had and ported the only blower I had and it was pretty easy...do that before dropping...that should be good enough for a 3.5" and if you have a MPS or a way to scan some cars can even run a 3.4" with just those mods...it is all in the car...and the tune. A custom tune should aeven allow you to run a 3.4" if the guy who is doing the tuning knows his way around the 3800.
