Yea, theres a junk yard about an hour from my house that gives us good deals (last time we went we got an almost brand new blower motor, a driver side door hing and a master cylinder connected to the whole abs module (the controler and the actual module itself) all for 25 bucks. Its a "you pull" junk yard, I think they may take parts off for a hefty fee, but why do that if you know how to do it yourself and have the time?
Do you know if the cowl from the impala of that year and the regal from that year will fit my car or no?
- is there a part list that I can buy that will tell me what parts will work on my car from certain years/models of other cars?

from here: ClubGP: Parts Database
Actually not sure if any other w-bodies would have the same cowl. The regal is supposed to be the closest to the GP so that might be the safest bet.
Re: Water problem in my car
I was surprised that they were in the 100's at the pontiac dealer I went to. Unless I mis-heard!\
and thank you for the link and the info.
Re: Water problem in my car
the ones on the 2000-2005 impalas look similar, but I have not tried them to see if it is a direct fit or not. I would guess that it is though. If you ever need original GM parts that are new, and don't want to pay the dealer prices look at gmpartsdirect.com They are usually 40% cheaper than the dealer. Usually they charge at least $12.00 to ship the first part, but all additonal parts are not that expensive unless they are big or heavy. If you can wait for them to ship it to you(usually less than a week for me) they can save you money and get you genuine new GM parts. This may help you in the future. Good luck
