What can I do to fix my fogged up taillights? They have moisture inside. I want to tint them eventually but in the meantime what I can I do to prevent the moisture. All suggestions welcome please!

Nothing really. Just tint them or buy some new ones.
If it is in the actual red part of the assembly, I have seen people drill small weep holes at the bottom of the assembly. The assembly is taken off the car of course, the holes are to let the moisture dry out and breath.
There should not be any moisture in the assemblies, so I would remove and closely inspect, slicone any found cracks and inspect the light socket gaskets.
If it is in the clear, black stripe portion, I am not sure there is a fix for that. I have a couple small foggy spots on mine but I know it is not moisture but just age.
