No one knows?
get a new one? do you mean you need the procedure to replace the cable?
if yours is a two door, I am not sure if you can just get a regulator.......I believe they are only sold as a motor/ regulator combo. Atleast that is all that was available at the time I replaced mine...
Mines a 4 door, and the cable is snapped, not sure how to go about fixing it.
I am not sure.......if it is cracked in the right spot and it is not in the way, you may be able to get something to use to crimp it together. Otherwise not sure how else you could repair it without replacing it....
This posts gives some step by step instr.

Not sure if you fixed this, but currently working on my RR window motor/regulator.
Here are the steps I have taken:
1. Checked power to the switch - good.
2. removed motor and tested off regulator - good
3. manually turned regulator - tough but works
4. put motor back on - works, but draggs some and sticks.
That is where I am. Bought a reman motor only from NAPA for $42, but now wondering if I need a new regulator as well. Ran out time tonight, so will take the regulator off in morning and inspect. I might only need to clean tracks and lubricate, but still might replace motor, unless it works flawlessly. Might have my 6 yr old test it.
Hope this helps.
he was talking about specifically fixing the cable, not why he is having problems with the window.
You can't just fix the cable. You will need a new regulator assembly. Options include: dealer, ebay, or some parts stores are now carrying them as well. Remove the door panel and unbolt the old one and bolt the new one in. Not really too difficult to do.
