Seems when i turn right i feel something in steering wheel. no noise that i can make out but just a "feeling" like something is metal on metal. maybe rubber gromet or something bad? maybe I'm just reading too much into it lol. Any ideas? does it when roads bumpy too.

jack up the front end and grab the wheel (key unlocked both tires off the ground) and feel for any play, I wonder if an inner tie rod may not be bad if you feel play and can't see what is moving see if you can get a helper especially at the rack

My first guess would be tie rod end. But anything up there is possibly bad. Anything from wheel bearing, strut, strut mount, ball joint, etc. But my first guess is tie rod end. Get it checked out to know for sure.

So listen to this crap. Being the car is 2 weeks old I took it back to the dealership to fix the front end. They said and I'm quoting word for word.... "We put it up on the rack and it's in great shape. What your hearing is a sports suspension. Remember, this IS a S/Ced car btw. Everything you hear is working for a reason." I'm taking it for a 2nd opinion. Lol anyways thought i would post latest crap lol

in other word their tech missed it on initial inspection, and they aren't paying for the repair (I hear no noises on mine now that all my parts are replaced) if everything checks out good do the sway bar bushings (they are only about $6 each) mine were almost rusted through

My response would be..."So my car made those sounds from the factory? So a brand new corvette with a sport suspension makes those noises? And please tell me how exactly a SC will affect the suspension?"

Yeah, they are blowing smoke up your ass. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. I would go over the guys head. I have heard the saying before: "If you go high enough, there is one guy that can make the decision to get things done." I have gone over people's head before to get stuff taken care of. If I don't get the service I expect, I go higher. Screw the guy that told you that. Go higher and get it taken care of.
