I just completed a tune-up, wires and plugs, car started and i drove around a couple blocks, car riding good no problem. Now when i try to start it up i get a very fast tic tic tic tic tic. My battery is good, What else could it be? Could i have bothered something when pulling the plugs in the back of the engine, it is a very tight spot?

Bad ground your not getting full power to the starter.

It could be the starter...or it could be that the starter is not getting the power.......how did you check the battery? Did you check the alternator to make sure that the battery is charged on start up? Go over all of your wires to see if they are corroded or loose for the alt/ starter/ and battery.

True but most likely he's got loose wiring, bad ground, or corroded wires that need cleaning.

Start with the simple stuff first... Then dig deeper!
