0.55 is fine. And no it will not kill any KR. but if you go much smaller with that pulley it will kill your idle quality as well as a cupple other things

You may be able to get away with .060 Maybe some other issue? Do you have any way to scan by chance?

It is more than likley because your TCC is not unlocking or is locked up.Which can easily be changed if you had a tuner. That is most peoples issue when on the highway and they getlarge amounts of KR.

Actully i think its .060 from the factory, i'm almost 100% sure about that.

As for gapping down or up, you won't gain anything either way KR wise, I promise you. I had a very similar setup to yours years ago and I tried several different plug types and gaps (gapped from .045-.070 anf used NGKs, AC/Delcos, Autolites) and what worked best for me and lasted without a doubt was Autolite 104s @ .054 (.001 don't make a difference, my tool was set up for this) was the best.

Don't waste your time on the plugs like I did, You need to look elsewhere man...

Honestly your setup is dying for an Intercooler or Alky. And when I say intercooler (like i've stated 100 times) I mean an INTERCOOLER, not some SS IC unefficent POS. If you want to go with that junk you'd be better off just going with Alky and you'd be better off in the end, just being honest.

Look into a full sized IC, a good FMHE, Reservoir setup, 3/4" lines, and a good quailty pump (GM) and you'll have an efficent enough IC to run a 3.0" easily with no knock after you retune. Pending you're car, you may need Autolite 103s too. Ever car is different...

I saw that thread and read the whole thing.........lets just keep it in that thread.......better off for everyone for now. I am personally a ways away from being able to afford the IC setup.....I would love one though.
