Don't condemn a local parts store just because you got one faulty rebuilt part. That's why they offer a warranty on them. Being that they're remanufactured, there's always a chance that a few are gonna be bad. I had the same problem with a MAF I got from O'reilly's some years ago. BTW, over the past 3 years I've bought all of my parts from Autozone. The guys and gals that work at my AZ are always friendly and eager to help out. The employees at the other major parts stores aren't so friendly around here for some reason...
