well pacesetters are a brand of header. Basically when your looking for headers the more they cost the better the fit. Now that's not to say pacesetters won't fit correctly but they will MUCH MUCH hard to fit correct and seal so they don't leak. You will find 50/50 of people who get them to seal and those who don't.

They would be perfect if everyone welded them like I did...

how much do you want to spend? that will depend on what headers youll get. they range from $300-900 pretty much.

I would be willing to spend around $500-$600...that sounds good.

not really going to find a set for that price. the cheap ones are about $300-400 and the expensive (good) ones are about $700-900.

S&S headers (the ones i run on my car) are probably going to be the cheapest good set you can buy. with ceramic coating you could probably get them shipped to you for a little under $700. honestly if i were to do it again i would just get the uncoated headers and then wrap them, but i dont really care what my engine bay looks like. if you like shiny things then you need a ceramic coating.

I have not driven with them yet. I am having other issues. I do have a tick comming from the flex, but I can live with it. You could also weld in one of zzp flexs. I just had to get some nice stainless steel band clamps and then tighten them up with my impact and they sealed fine. Oh i also rtv'd the joints.

Love my Pacesetter Headers! They sound great. Only one complaint though; the powder coating flaked off fast.

Pacesetter's are coated for about $550...then about $50 worth of welding and such...there you go. $600 2000* coated headers.
