I'm having fuel pump issues with my 1996 Grand Prix LE with a 3.4L motor. The car has been stalling periodically after it warms up. Once is stalls, it seems as though it will not start until it cools off (once it took 15 minutes another time over nite). It is definitely due to lack of fuel because when it stalled I measured the fuel pressure at 0 PSIG and the engine always cranks. The problem is not the realy because when it would not start I swapped the fuel relay with the compressor relay with no change. My thought is that may be the oil pressure switch (low oil light just came on) or a heat soaked crank position sensor is not allowing the relay to energize the fuel pump. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this vehicle or know what are all the safeties or switches that enable/disable the fuel pump relay?
