whenever i turn on my heat/AC/or just cool air, there is a clicking sound comming from under the passenger side dash board...it sounds like a fan rubbing against something but air still flows thru the vents...it doesnt matter wut temp or which vents r blowing the air, the clicking is ALWAYS there when i have the fan on...wut is this and is it hard to fix???

take the fan apart and see where its rubbing. If you can't figure out the cause of the problem and you dont want to buy a new fan, you could file down the plastic where its rubbing. If you decide to go this route, only take off what is needed. I'd recommend using a metal file or a dremel tool.

it doesnt make the sound when i spin it in my hands which leave me to believe its rubbing (but shows no marks) or the actual motor is bad

Can you change the air temp from the vents, meaning hot air then cold air. When the blend door actuator goes bad, it often has a clicking noise coming from it, Skip

If you figure it out let me know cuz I was hearing the same noise right before the blower stopped working.
