Looking for low 13's, HELP

I have only owned my gtp since november and need some advice on mods. So far i only have an intake and a downpipe but i am ordering a pulley next week and a pcm very soon. What other supporting mods do i need so i dont have kr. im also looking into meth injection. i have some people running their mouths about prixs. what do i need to hit low 13's in my car so i can beat these retards?

rockers/cam, ported s/c, N* TB,headers, gears.

seriously though..an intercooler, rocker, headers, a GOOD tune, and the pulley to go with the setup (probably somewhere around a 3.2-3.0).

yea that would probably help a little bit and taking those huge rims off well deff. help out a lot.

I only have 17 inch rims on my car. The picture just makes them look bigger. But thanks for the input.
