Hey, I'm in here too. Fourth!

By the way, I'm on my 2nd GP, and will prob buy another one at some point. I've had so very few mechanical problems with either of them, it's hard to say anything really bad.

My '89 I had I put nearly 200k on. I sold it, was still running like a champ when I did. My current GP I have right at 116k on. Its the only car I know of that developed a tranny issue and keeps on tickin'. The tranny issue showed up in July and its clickin' right along, though admittedly I do have a spare that will be rebuilt and go in to replace my ailing one.

haha, I just posted about my 90 in another thread. Crazy how these cars just keep running and running no matter what. I don't mean to beat dead horsepower <snicker>, but dang. The cars really are tough.

I agree. I am totally impressed with the GP. I hate that they are moving away from it or replacing it with the G8, but hopefully I will have acquired enough information and understanding that I can find me another GTP and rebuild it, restore it, and so on. I plan on keeping the one I have for as long as I can, but I wouldnt mind havning one I could REALLY play with. Something that isnt a DD.

I'm on my third one. Still have the second one too!!! Told the wife I was going to upgrade both with SD hoods and some appearance mods. When I need a new motor I'll buy a crate motor and put it in. Don't plan getting rid of my GPs, love them too much...
