Auto tap? There was someone (TehGTP I think) that was selling something in the classified section here. Do a search to be sure. I think it was like 110 bucks. It's already sold. But you get the idea

auto tap is what i use. you plug the device into your port under near the gas pedal and its hooks up to a laptop via usb. You can read all kinds of crap with it.

just make sure you get one that has "GM Enhanced Parameters."

3.6MPS, 3" DP, Powerlog, 180Tstat, Wizair, Autolite 104's, 20* timing, PRJ Wires. PRJ Tune.

HP Tuners has a scanner version of their software you can buy, or you can just get the tuner suite that includes a scanner. Not sure how much you're wanting to spend on this stuff, though. HPT is $350 for the scanner only and $500 for the tuning suite.

I have HPT for all of those who did not know. I love it and would recomend it in a heart beat as long as you're willing to learn and are not in the mindset that it's all different ''preset levels of tuning'' that you are going to be working with.

The scanner is awesome also. I would recomend getting the tuner if you're planning on paying that much for the scanner.
