So my passenger window is slow as p*ss and if i use the button on the passenger side it seems to work a little better.

Is the motor just not getting enough voltage or wtf? I know in LS1 world the passenger window has the same problems and can be fixed with changing out a resistor...

    any ideas?

take the switches out of the door and tear them apart. clean them and put it back together and see how it works. it is more likely that the switches are corroded than the motors have gone bad.
