if i have an offroad dp and o2 sim...can i pass emissions? because i figure since for emissions in IL they just hook up a obd plug and scan the car and the o2 tricks the pcm into thinking i hav a healthy cat lemme know because if i can im turning my stock dp into zzp for store credit

If all they do is plug up to your OBD2 port, then yes you will pass. You won't pass a visual inspection if they look under the car though.
