Yesterday my check Engine light came on and the code is P1336 (Crankshaft Position System Variation Learn) and it list some things that if they had been replaced then maybe though's things would be one of the problems. And Looks like the PCM was bought from a junk yard and put in and so im thinking that maybe it wasnt done right and maybe thats why im getting this error.... Anybody have any ideas or thoughts about any of this....? Also any ideas on how to go about fixing it my self?

You should get a CASE learn (crankshaft position sensor variance) after installing a new PCM. It's a relatively simple procedure with a powertuner or TechII. You can either find someone near you with a tuner, or take it to the dealership. I've heard some dealerships do it for free, but I got charged for 1/2 hr of labor when I had it done.
