They usually don't fit without some heavy persuasion or a welder. The crossover isn't bent correctly, so it's very difficult to line them up. Some sets are better than others though.

They are also going to leak.

Headers for the most part are worthless on these cars.

why would headers be worthless? I guess turbo cars are only using power logs technically. I'm curious to hear your opinion though.

Because they don't increase power, and the cheap ones are nothing but headaches.

headers dropped my boost psi from 7 to 5 psi, they work. lower boost means the exhaust is flowing better vs stock junk.

turbos dont need a really need a header as your just blowing it into a turbo thats less then 2 foot from the exit of the rear manifold.

Headers don't increase power by themselves. They allow you to do other things to increase power.

I ran speed daddy headers on my car back in the day, and I did have to "convince" them to fit. I got them on and they never leaked once they were on. BUT install took some doing.

Headers didn't drop my boost at all. Mathematically, it makes no sense for them to drop boost, unless something was wrong with your stock system. If that's the case, absolutely boost will drop.

It also makes no sense saying that they don't increase power, but allow you to do other things that will increase power. If they are a restriction, you will gain power from replacing them, period.
