    Seems that someone discovered that a denso 104210-4360 is a good swap for this car.
    Also a 08 up impala swaps
    Not sure if this info is new here, but here you go.

    Looks like it was in a lucerne.

    just need the regulator converted.

    Info, Might already be out there if someone has the time to look.

    What is the benefit to this?

    My guess is that mechman determined it was the best to turn up the amperage inside of to 240, also seen some 150 amp alternators for the 08 impala , police duty you know.
    It is a Frankenstein thing I ma sure some parts from here some from there,

    How hard would it be to fix the regulator? I can think of no circumstance where I wished I had less current, and many where I needed more

    I do not know, I am sure, it is all off the shelf stuff.
    I will make a few more pictures between now and next week of the Mechman installed.
    It is tight.
    And I see no numbers on it to give a clue.

    Also mechman sells that small diameter pulley cheap.
    Might be a good start.
