    Here

Is this what I need for a HP Tuners setup? I have a laptop for it, i just need the setup.

This is for the standard package. The pro package is $500. If I went with the standard can I still perform the basic pcm tuning?

    Thanks!

As long as it's legit, I think that's a pretty good price.

From what I've read, standard is just fine for your average joe tuner.

yes, all you need is a laptop, the software, and the cabling for it to work.

the standard package will let you tune, but you may need to buy more credits.

Woah, hold on now. That is just for the scanner. Not the tuner. So you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANY TUNING!!!

If you are a dealer for HPT DEALER cost on all of their tuner/scanners is only 50 bucks cheaper than msrp. So if someone is selling a brand new SCANNER AND TUNER for that cheap something is wrong.
