Hi,
Looking for some advice. I let an uncle of mine borrow my car for the last year and it came back to me finally with a few issues.Trying to get it back into decent shape now.
The first main issue is this whirring noise. I believe it's also making the car drive roughly like it is really stiff - although may not be related. I am just guessing. I took a video of it and have uploaded it here if you could please have a look. At first, someone mentioned to me that very bottom large pulley looks like it is 'wobbling'. I am not sure if it is or not. Also, uncle mentioned he just fixed an issue with the power steering. He thought that was the issue, but it was just a different issue I guess.
