My drivers side tan leather seat has a large tear in it. I am trying to figure out best option to swap it out. Anyone have any advice here? If I find a complete heated power seat I could just swap out. Could be hard to find and pricey. Seems another option might be is to find a passenger base and just swap out the bottom cushion portion only. Much easier to find a passenger one in good shape. Looked underneath and it looks like there are 4 bolts holding the cushion in. May still have to take complete seat out to do this.

I also use this stuff on my leather seats, cleans them up great and protects them.

If you have a pic and pull or a pull and save or equivalent look there. I have a 00 and got front seats from a 06 for $27. Mounted right in no modifications needed.
