1999 grand prix, automatic. NO power, lights, ignition, nothing at all. Key stuck in ignition - comes out with release button under column, and finally, cannot shift without using shift lock button. Where the *&% do I start? :-)

ug I got it. I jumped it again and it didn't work. still wouldn't shift. I tore some of it apart and found someone spilled what must've been a fairly large drink and it got all down into the shift area and everything was super sticky. I worked on the harness and cleaned stuff up and it works now. pain in the butt. But not too much work and no money spent so Im happy (and lucky)

Give it C.P.R. , Carefully Planned Repairs. And T.L.C. , Thorough Logical Corrections... lol.
For the record : I am NOT a naked meth-head who shoves rocks up my butt.
