Maybe check the wires going to the plug to be sure they aren't cracked/broken. Might give a false reading.

I have checked everything. I still don't have any luck with this. the message is still popping up even with the sensor unplug. I have a feeling its something internal or there is a wiring problem somewhere up the line. Does anyone have an idea on where the wires run too?
