On my 02 GP GT I have dual air. With slides both in the cold position I get cool air on the drivers side and warm air on the passengers side. Will someone tell me what I need to replace please? thanks in advance for your help. Bill

Try blend door actuator first. Make sure you get the part number off the old one first because they vary between W-bodies. Morad has a stock of actuators.

If that doesn't fix it, it's the HVAC unit.

Thank you both! That gives me a place to start looking. It was one of those January days that was cold enough for the heater and then the passenger complained about it being too hot inside the car and ask if I would just turn the cool air vent on. Being the nice guy I am and married to the lady for 48 years I pushed both slides down and turned the fan on position 3. Did not take long for her to roll the window down and tell me her side was still blowing hot air. Two of the three center vents were blowing cool air as well as the vent next to the door on the left side of the car. Her center vent and vent next to the passengers door were blowing warm air.
