Re: KR not showing with TQ APP
I figured it out and did a quick WOT run through 1st and 2nd gear. This is what it read. about 4 KR at WOT, 10lbs of boost.

Is this OK? I also rarely go WOT, just figured I'd try this once.
Re: KR not showing with TQ APP
Change it to a different dial like a half sweep and it will show you a high and low.

Re: KR not showing with TQ APP
if stock the kr is normal.
if stock the boost gauge is also wrong. no way your making 10 psi on a stock pulley.
Re: KR not showing with TQ APP
What year car does the OP have, my 05' shows north of 9Psi on an aftermarket boost gauge and the Tapp. I had a log that I sent Booba the other day that showed 9.83 I think it was. My car is pretty stock as you know.

Re: KR not showing with TQ APP
i see a 01 gp in the sig, nothing more added.
Re: KR not showing with TQ APP
Apparently I need the eye mod then.

Not stock. DP, catback, intake, ZZP 1.0 PCM, 3.5" pulley, colder plugs, tstat, handful of other supporting mods. Now that I know how to do this, I'll keep an eye on it. Maybe low enough to go to a 3.4 pulley?
Re: KR not showing with TQ APP
3.4? maybe put the stock pulley back on and see what kr you have then. add a plog or headers too. then the 3.4 can happen.
once you drop a pulley your goal is no kr. when stock they knock all the time, but its stock and will survive it. modded and kr, your chipping pistons.

You also have to remember that every car is different, just because Bob could run a 3.4 with just a downpipe, tune, and colder plugs does not mean you can. Hell my 97 saw a few degrees of KR here and there with a 3.5 headers and ported blower.

Yep I'm cool with that. I should focus on keeping this thing running. It leaks like 3 types of fluids.

Sounds like a grand prix.
Re: KR not showing with TQ APP
You don't have to go back to stock, but a 3.6 would probably help with the KR a little... Biggest mod is the foot mod, lol, stay off the gas and you won't hae KR, lolz
:D
But out if you wanna go hard, try some Torco Fuel, or E85 to change the octane (higher), I read somewhere there's a ration you can mix (E85+95) without any major mods, haven't done it myself, but use the search function and look it up.
Have Fun...

I would have to dig up the thread but I do believe it is a 70/30 premium e85 mix. IIRC most cars made since 2001 will run fine on up to 30% ethanal.
