the injectors sit in the holes in the heads, where they are in the lim on a na set up.

you need the fuel rail, the injectors, the balancer the coil bracket and tensioner, the sc idler and its stand its bolts to. the heads lim valve covers. and a supercharger. and headers and a tune.

and new head bolts. you cant reuse the old ones.

Would the zzp plogs work as headers? The only thing the guy doesn't have from that list is the supercharger and the injectors, so I would have to find those he also has the stock l67 exaust manifolds but idk about the cross member and dp

you could keep it N/A and run down stock gtp's. just do the mods in my signature.
but dont ask how much money was spent on said mods lol. I dont regret doing it as I did the mods over a 5 year span and bought 90% of the mods used, but damn it costed alot and I still need to bring the car over to a trans shop and figure out what went wrong with the 3.69 gear install lol.
topswap is a much easier route but your engine better be in good shape and your tune better be perfect or watch your engine go

if i wanted to boost id honest just buy a whole l67 and swap the motors. more reliable in my opinion.

    3.8l N/A POWA! :4'' HAI\L67 HVTB\HV3\ER Rockers\WP underdrive pulley\Headers\cat delete\91 octane overkill incar tune.3.69 gears, Trans go shift kit.

OK so SD headers I wouldn't want to install on the n/a motor at all due to the loss of low end correct? I also read some horror storys of SD headers needing to be rewelded or realigned to fit properly which is why I never considered them before, I thought they were bad quality.

the cross over pipe is a rare fitment issue. it does happen time to time tho. why use sets are nice, you know it fit the last car they were on. and they are cheaper. got mine for a 100 bucks.

Yes, because you will have to take them out during the swap, and they won't help you while NA. No sense in doing the work twice.

Nothing will help you while NA… :P

torque app works fine. but you'll need the incar tune for it. you can buy interface box and use dhp for about 260. if you think your up to self tuning, theres not a whole lot to it.

Well I live in phoenix,az so there is loads of places I could get a real tune from but most of them want a minimum of 250-500$ so if I could just buy the stuff to tune it myself that would be great considering I'll provably want to retune it as I add more and more mods. Were can I get dhp?

http://www.avt-hq.com/price.htm this site makes/sells the interface. you need to tell them your going to use it for dhp "digital horse power" you want one with a side port for a wide band, not sure what model # that one is. the avt place emails back very fast and is very helpful. i just bought a new cable for my old ass dhp unit i have. guy was quick on the reply's, like 10 minutes fast lol

then all the dhp software is free on line.

dhp is out of business (why its so cheap) and theres no support other then the forums. lots of manuals and stuff to read and learn how to tune tho.
