I'm trying to adjust aim on my headllights, but the little adjuster knobs are stripped, so I can't use a socket, and pliers aren't helping either. I'm guessing the bolts might be a tad rusty. Can anyone think of any alternative? I know I can buy new brackets, but wondering if there are any other options.

    Thanks in advance!

JB weld a screw head to it, then you can turn it eiher way you want with a screw driver.

Spray the crap outta the threads too, to free them. It might work alright.

Yep, try PB Blaster. I had to do that on mine once.

Replace non-working adjuster with working adjuster.
