That looks like someone took the leather from a junkyard car that had the tan interior. Your car did not come looking like that from the factory.

Dealer could run the vin which may tell which options it originally had.

That is a stock interior color it's just not very common. I would say that that's how it came from the factory.

I have never seen it where the door and the leather were different colors from the factory.
