So sometimes my window won't roll down then sometimes it does but gets stuck, is that typically a wire issue or a regulator/motor issue? Also both of them are rather slow going up n down, would replacing the motor n reg fix all that?
Thanks

Typically a regulator / motor issue in my experience. Some new regulators are more zippy than others (randomly) but I'd say 90% probability all your issues will be fixed with regulator assembly (yes with motor) replacement.
If you tear down the door to replace the regulator, be sure to spray the felt guides in the channels with a dry lube. Soak the crap out of em. The guides dry out and stick to the glass, causing the regulators to break. Also clean the glass inside and out. Keeps junk from building up. If you do enough regulators over time you should be able to do it in 30 min or less from panel off to panel on, lol...
FYI, test the new motor/regulator combo BEFORE you put the panel back on to be sure that the window moves in the right direction based on the switch. I've had aftermarket ones wired backwards, so when I would try to roll it up, it would go down. Simple reversal of the wires that connect to the motor and away you go. A pick will unlock the wires in the plug end and they just snap back in once you reverse them.
