Can I run the vac line from the manifold press directly to the sc bypass actuator and skip the solenoid. I just finished my top swap and my boost meter Is saying I am not at 100 percent boost at WOT. Is that okay to do?

I'd get a real boost gauge to figure out if that even your issue.

Run it with it hooked up and run it without, see if anything is different. If so, they you'll want to figure out why it's cutting boost.

Should I just cap the Vacuum line that comes out of the manifold press or do I need to run it to the actuator or leave the actuator open on the back? Sorry.
    It's a top swap gtp
