so you have to retap holes on the fbody calipers to even make them fit the wbody??
you dont HAVE too. you can use a sleeve thats 12mm id and 14mm OD to make it work.
Wbodys l have same bolt pattern and fbody rotors will work as well even though bolt pattern is dofferent....brake motive on ebay has drilled and slotted for under 100bucKS shipped
Really?

everything you want to know and are afraid to ask is there... Yeah, 30 pages, but you'll get the drift on the first few... Give it a shot, read up a little bit.
for the record, the Fbody upgrade is a huge difference. RockAuto has powder coated Fbody calipers for $120 per pair, just a little over JY price, but they're rebuilt and powder coated, so worth it IMO. Then I'd settle for no less than R1 Concepts rotors : )
good of luck and have fun!
Pics are gone but this is a good write up as well..has part #for the sleeves.
Step by Step - Picture by Picture F-body Brake upgrade (Sorry 56k'rs)

still need to bent the bracket. and theres a pic of it. and how to do it. only difference is you need that sleeve to center the f body bracket bolt. other then that the job is the same.
looking to upgrade my rotors to drilled and slotted. 12" fronts and 10.9" rear. Wondering what everyone opinion is on aftermarket rotors. Really seemed to like the build and quality of R1 but Brake Motive sells very affordable rotors where R1 are more pricey... Anyone want to chime in?
Run brake motives on 3 of my wbodies...no issues at all with them.
