My 01 GT has an issue with the windows going up and down unevenly and binding, then coming out of the track at the top when rolled up. I installed new regulators on both sides, and the issue remains. I know they are way heavy windows, but is this a known issue, and is there a fix?

Check and make sure both of the nuts are holding the window on. The glue will sometimes let go of the window glass and only allow one bolt\nut to hold the glass to everything. Then it'll pivot and bind.
