seriously these aftermarket led tail lights are retarded. the dumb f*ck company won't pay for a shipping label or anything. they just said yeh return them with no address or anything so i had to copy and paste the address from the box. it took them like 3 or 4 days for me to get the "go ahead" to return them and they have a 14 day return policy where you must return it within 14 days. its been exactly 1 week and they'll be shipped tomorrow. this is retarded. f*ck eBay and Loktong. go tell them they suck. so BS.

I always use credit cards and PayPal... That's what the fees they charge are for, to fight for you when a vendor goes Rogue! Lol... Going it lone wolf will just get you more frustration! Make sure you use tracking and signature required, lol

eBay is great if you use eBay resolution center. You won't have to pay return shipping and should get full refund if it was there problem. Including original shipping.

Don't avoid eBay, embrace it! I sell on eBay, trust me they protect the buyer.

If you avoid using eBay resolution center I don't no what you will get. When I have a customer complaining about shipping or something, I encourage them to fill out a claim. EBay has seller protection as well.

I have a customer that says his neighbor got package by mistake and won't give it to him. He wants a refund. I shipped to a confirmed address and have delivery confirmation. He needs to call police or post office. I should be covered. Even if eBay refunds because I fulfilled eBay requirements for shipping.
