So I'm 85% sure my axles are bad and its causing my vibration over 60-65mph. I get no vibration on acceleration UNLESS I hit a dip in the road causing the front suspension to compress down then it vibrates pretty good, or when the car has lots of weight in it like when I had 4 heavier ish people in it I would get vibrations on acceleration. Also I'm getting a squeak like rubber on gym floor type squeak from the LF tire at low speed. Either my brakes or a bearing going out or something.
    2019 F150 XL - Make it run 12's N/A
    2012 F150 STX
    - Gonna be a race truck
    02 GT "Slowkar" 180k - Top Swap, Gen V, TOG Headers, 1.9s, e85, 3.25. It's literally the slowest e85 car ever....

another day with no abs lights. even passed the self test with the a/c blowing on full blast. in the past that would have made it fail for sure.

Amen. I've just been waiting for input from another mind. I like the grey better too. Maybe I should have left the fancy interior in it but its in such nice shape y'know? So much fancy rubbish.

So-whats TRS, I'm acronym-poor. Traction control? Pink bulb has me mystified. Must be an 04+ thang.

TRS is The Retrofit Source, A website that sells retrofit stuff.

    TCS is Traction Control System

EBTCM is Electronic Brake+Traction Control Module

97s have a separate EBCM and TCM, Regal do up to a certain tear as well, Scotty probably knows that one.

Alas, many things elude me yet. Year to year changes can confuse but I was way off. I wanna wire mine from scratch like a hot rod and ditch all the fluff so the giveahoot just ain't there.

Speaking of 97s, those were made before airbags were required and I've been wondering if theres a loophole there I can jump through to make a Grant steering wheel legal. But who to ask?

I bet axle also. If it was S/C you'd get vibration on acceleration with just you in it. If its so bad the boot squeaks podnuh its time to go check into that. Look for a shiny spot on the strut from tire rub also, for the squeak. Could be a loose ball joint (!) or yes, bearing. Jack it up and shake dat wheel. Jack under control arm, jack handle under tire to check ball joint. Somebody pry up while you watch the joint. Dirt-roader.

Installed a new passenger front hub. Did a pan drop on the transmission with a new filter and fresh fluid.
checked the PS fluid and coolant and topped them off. Charged the ac system fingers crossed it will not leak out.
After that I took on a shake down run down the interstate. Every thing is good and no more burnt cat smell.

Put a JY fender and headlights on the 99GT and gave it the first wash since July 2013. Looks like a car again! Still needs plenty of work but its not an eyesore like it was. Now they are almost twins. Ran out of light so blurry proof:

Ita a Mazda CX-9 hole, old man threw it across five lanes and shoved me over the curb into a BK driveway. ONE block from my last adventure. Benton county can't drive. And as usual I took low light pics to make me look like a champ. The left front pic was super blurred so later I'll show what I did. Theres a big dent in the hood corner. Tempted to slap it on CL tomorrow but nah... who has twins?

I need a 5/8 drill bit and possibly a drill press to finish this Trailing arm project up. Blah. Stupid Energy saying their holes are 9\16" when they're not. Truthfully I think the 9\16" might have even been too small, so I'm going for 5\8".

Not without drilling the poly out for the old sleeves.
