Wow, I just did a test spot on the back windshield with some Stoners to see how bad the pollen might be falling for when I wash the car Saturday.
I sprayed that sucker 4 times and it feels rough as 40 grit sandpaper.

Heart sinker for sure. Looks like a clay is in the forecast.
Hopefully my new polish job isn't all tore up. If so it will be SF4500/Flex time, to start.

I will have to definitely use the dgps3.0 to recoat.
It appears to be mostly top bound, but just enough to warrant the clay on the side panels also.
That's my rant and pollen is some nasty stuff.

At least it doesn't cause rust.....i hope.

Just say you waxed it, I'm almost positive maybe but 5 people have any clue what **** you guys are talking about when you say those retarded names of certain wax/polish products.

I buy **** and use it, it normally works okay for me.

I understood it just fine. I suggest you do some research so you know what we are talking about. It's not rocket science .

Wow, finally! Now port them till you need to tube 'em

If you haven't already, check out Headbytes porting on YouTube. The guy is seriously skilled and giving away all the secrets. I've probably watched 50 hrs of his stuff. Not that it made a huge difference on my first port job, but definitely helped.

Changed a front wheel bearing and a oil change on my 2008.

The bearing was a POS job... Damn. First time happened to me with complete assembly bearing. The axle wouldnt get out of the bearing. Like my Grand Prix was a 1971.

I also just changed my wheel bearing last night. I think it was original with 250K and it pretty much fell out, in pieces, when I took the back bolts out. The parts store also gave me a Timken bearing for only $62! Napa wanted $130 for their economy one.

I posted these before, but again

1st pic is what I started with. Truck had a "run-in" with some brush which scratched the sh!t out of it. 2nd pic was only after polishing compound, no wax, and was done by hand.

Nu-Finish isn't going to give you those results.
Obviously Nu isn't on the top of the charts but it's not bad at all. Hell it makes you car look better than 90% of the cars out there simply because most car owners fail to wash their cars.

Hate to break it to you but the polish on those pics isn't very good. The bottom one doesn't even have much for a mirror finish. I'll post up a few pics when I do Sam's whole car. When I did the fender alone, it had a really nice mirror finish.
