you mean like this?
32 inch g/p with the input tube cut off and cat back flange welded to it. 35 bucks.
this is all i saved from my last cat back. the rest was shot, but this is still very usable.

Installed new trans and motor mounts. Rear of old motor mount was collapsed. Also flushed/replaced power steering fluid using 02NavyBlue's How To Guide.. Both done with the help of the great info found here.

Changed the oil and topped up fluids on the 02. Used Mobil 1 and a Purolator synthetic filter.
The filter is usually about $10 but I got it for $5.98 on Amazon since it was their last one apparently. That's a larger filter too.

Kinda, Bill wanted to post about his boat in here, so he changed the name.
Technically GPs are heavy, wide road boats anyways, so it works out. Lol
Also (B)ust (O)ut (A)nother (T)housand fits too in the pursuit of go- fastyness.....get-shinier, get-whatever you're after....
Cleaned the maf and tried modifying security torx to flathead. Failed so I got better ones.
Old and new
Gonna do another 3800 oil change. On the impala this time.

I really hated torx security screws up until I bought a cheap set of bits from the discount tools bin at Wal-Mart...
Cost 5 bucks, haven't broken them yet. Lol
I broke a few of my security bits. Which are all at work lol. So both are Phillips now.

Well alrighty then. Lol
On another note, butane soldering irons are nice to have when splicing wires inside the dash...
I replaced mine with socket caps I think I showed it off already lol.

I'm thinking phillips head is kind of a lateral move there Blue. At least you know how tight they are now! Button socket head is what the show crowd goes for these days.
Russo, yours look like the simulated recessed screw heads on like a turd gen Firebird dash. LOL.
I can't talk shiite (but just did), I've only atempted to remove one of those and ended up with plain ol screw threads.
I scrubbed barnacles off the S.S. GTP today (nautical reference).
looks like junks car, I remember he loved to rip the dash apart

Mine's for some troubleshooting, and a remote start install that I've been working on for days...lol
Changed the boost bypass solenoid on the 06. Got my boost back. Was half way legos before, now it goes to all but one lego until I get near the shift point and I get max legos. Is that normal or should I get full legos right when I floor it? I thought I got full legos anytime it was floored when I bought it.
Also changed the front turn signals on the impala. All the orange paint flaked off and they were an ugly white signal, bleh. Nice and orange now.
SO much love! Not. Did the rip out thing to three cars and put two back together. May not have even bled but I sweated and cussed enough to make up for it. BTW in my junk by the time you see the deer they are hanging out in the ditch smoking cigarettes or passing a hooter waiting for me to go by. I watch for the cherry. Remember my early dash cam vid where you said "Are your headlights even ON?". Nothing's changed since I cleaned grounds and I'm still alive.
FWIW the 69 GP is comparatively a cakewalk to yoink dash from... once you know the secret.
