I bought a 2006 GXP in the past year and soon after I noticed the right rear disc was really squeaky. Does anyone know of any way to fix this issue without installing brand new brakes?

Remove the rotors and inspect them and the pads, which you should have done.
Drilled rotors are famous for making noise because rust builds up in the holes and makes noise when the pads hit them. You can take a dril bit and clean all the holes out if the rotors are still in good shape the brakes arent worn all the way down.
when your brakes first start to squeal, thats your first warning you need brakes. so at this point new rotors and pads are needed.
take each wheel off and inspect your brakes.
