So you know that piece of trim that is out the exterior of the door, on the bottom of the window, it's almost like a rubber coat covering the trim in my case that is black
if you look at this picture its the blackest piece of trim that goes around the window, well in my case it's wearing to the point it's not shiny anymore and turning almost white. Is there a way to touch this up? It looks HORRIBLE, it's only the bottom part, the top part is perfect, the sides are perfect, just the flat top surface looks like someone took sand paper to it and roughed it up and took the shine and made it rough.
It's literately the only thing on my body that needs touched up, just not sure what or how to do it to this piece... if you put water on it, it looks perfect but of course as it evaporates, right back to faded and rough looking. It's not a wax buildup either, already went down that theory, it started on the drivers side door then seemed to progress down the car and now the other side is doing it also... and the longer it sits the wider the wear seems to grow
