Thread: SE rear valence: salvageable?

As the title says I want know if this can be saved or not...I've never done any body work before so I'm not sure how one would go about fixing this, if possible.

Woops, should be fixed now.

Most of it is with a bit of elbow grease and some filler etc... Now the small section that looks like it's mingled and twisted...Yea have fun with that one..

It could be fixed but would take alot of time and effort.

Plastic welding to fix part of it, lots of sanding and body filler can smooth out the dings.

Unless your really set on fixing it..I wouldn't

thats pretty beat up but nothing a heat gun to re shape that ne smashed in part, and some bumper epoxy and lots of sanding cant fix.

my bumper went from this crap.



to this. lots of sanding and dulicolor rattle can and clear coat.

Alright well now that I know it could be saved, maybe I'll mess without sometime this winter rather than looking at it on my porch for another year and a half. I need to learn to paint anyways.

search you tube for bumper repair body work. theres a load of good how to vids there. i watched a hand full of them and went and did it. looks easy enough on film right lol

back one came out good enough to take on the front one. 50 bucks in supply's each soup to nuts.
