My grand prix has a lot of rust in the trunk on both sides by the stuts. Im really worried its not repairable. my dad and friend are both body techs and they said I should prolly look for another body but the grand prixs are notorious for rusting really bad right there. Any advice???

its fixable, but if a shop is repairing it another gtp maybe cheaper.

well a guy I know said he sends all of the stuff he cant weld to a guy that has his own shop just for welding so I might be able to get it for a descent price if it can be fixed. The thing is my motor and tranny are really strong I had the tranny rebuilt a couple years ago and The motor purrs like a kitten so I don't want to junk them. if the car isn't repairable I will just look for a blown up gtp and stick my motor and tranny in it.

if its out of reach to repair it, id take my power plant and swap it, and then keep the other engine and tranny as a spare.
