the front bottom of the seat, it locks into them holes in the cars body there.

im sure you had to pull the old one up to un clip it. new just gets pushed down, sometimes you hear/feel it click sometimes you dont, as long as it dont lift up easily your done.

15 mm socket takes them bolts off.

theres a chance the new seat wont clip into the body with out the plastic inserts from the new cars body.

i did 01 seats in my 98 regal and needed the plastic lower part of the clips from the body of the 01.

so look at both seats clips and see if they are the same or not.

ill look at it more tomorrow ive never done this before, but it seemed pretty straight forward, besides the fact i was looking for 4 bolts on the front seats of the newer grand prix when there was only 2 xD...i really just wanted the rear seats to fold down and not be sitting on a brick

the front L clip deal is fun the first time to get out too.

easy way i found is to lay the seat back some, lift the rear then the front up, put in or remove at that angle.

i looked stupid at the junkyard a 30-45 min job took me about 3 hours to do was not ready and still need to pickup the driver seat friday morning, 100$ is decent though for the set, considering it was really only 60$ and 40$ for them to get the driver seat out cause stupid driver put it all the way back
