Hey all. I have a 2002 Grand Prix, and while I was driving home, my windshield wipers stopped half way in the windshield. I can manually push them down, but when I go to clean the mist from the rain, it stops half way again! It's really annoying, any ideas on what it could be?

park tab needs to be bent back so they park right when turned off.

If ...that doesn't do it, it'll be the module.
Which, I've found picking up the entire unit at a JY is easiest and cheapest.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I have no idea how much it is in MI.. here is CT/MA, I paid $30 for the entire wiper motor/transmission (wiper trans) and all.

most of the time if the wipers just wont park its the tab.

if the delay on the wipers not working right its that module on the motor.

and now that you've pushed them down, fix the tab, loosen the arm nuts, let the motor re-park, set the wipers down in position and re-tighten the nuts.
