    Hello all, first post here.

I'm in need of some help. I'm installing an aux input on my wife's 04 Grand Prix, and I think I have it all set up - except when I hit the CD AUX button, it only will play CDs if we have them in. It's as if it isn't even able to find an AUX input to begin with. With no CD in, I press the button and nothing happens.

I'm not sure what this means, but is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help would be appreciated and thanks for reading!

If your car didn't ever have XM, your AUX radio input won't work.
