After doing some readings on the forum and learning some things to look for and common problems, I did a quick inspection.
146,000 miles.
Cooling elbows are plastic, and the LIM appears to be black rubber. Oil looks good, though. No signs of milkiness. Has normal looking orange coolant.
Strut towers, All four:

Driver's Rear
Passenger Rear
There is no oil on the exhaust manifold.
There are these white date notes under the hood also. I'm not sure what they mean exactly, but I assume this was when some things were serviced. Beyond that, there is a sticker indicating a transmission flush at 63k. And a sticker indicating it is equipped with a K&N filter, although I did not remove it to verify.
