    So guy tells me the strut towers are rusted and he sends pics of them and they will either need patched or replaced. So I ask him if it is still drivable and he sends me this
    "Yeah it does but rubs tires so it smokes an u have to let of gas to get to shift but think that something with supercharger not sure"

    He also says the tires rub on the strut he thinks so do you think I will be able to throw some donuts on it and they will be skinny enough to not rub just so I can drive it home? Also what could the shifting issue be? Could it be a line pressure issue or could it be a solenoid or what?

    Looking to replace towers and such and then turn around and sell it as the rest of it is in pretty decent shape

    So far from some research I have done people are saying it could just be an engine issue like a misfire or a clogged cat. I have even heard that it could be the tcc.
