have you tried to adjust that side? there is a couple screw that can be moved slighty to help remedy that.

I don't know the answer to your problem, but if you ever decide to replace it take it from someone who has done it...it's extremely easy! A few bolts here; a few there; unplug it. The reverse when installing the good one and you're done. I give it 45 minutes..1 hour tops. Of course you have to take the headliner down partially not all the way off, but that's included in the time it would take to replace it.

look for a hole, or a screw on the other side that would match the side you found the screw.

I think he was wondering if it gets glued in like a windshield..
And as far as I know the rubber seal is what seals the sunroof in.

No... it's all one assembly. Like i stated before it's easy to do. If you're gonna do it and have any questions just let me know.

Ok I'll update when I find out something and can I just pull the Grey cover out, the one that covers the sunroof cause it's loose and binds the sunroof or would that require taking the sunroof out?

if you have a slider that covers the sun roof, it should come down with the headliner.

the slider is part of the sunroof assembly. The only thing that you would have to remove from that area to get the headliner down would be the trim ring

There are four torx head screws that attach the actual glass to the arms that move. Its one of those most likely. If that is not causing the issue,it could be that the cable on one side has jumped a tooth on the motor. That makes one side have more pull than the other and cause it to open and close unevenly. When it closes it wont lock on that side and will stay popped up a little.

The answer to that is no. You would need the sunroof regulator assembly out for that, and you almost have to break that slider to separate it from the regulator. I have one car where the slider slides around like crazy, another that gets stuck, and another thats just right but the regulator is bad, go figure. Your trouble may just be the screw that fell out needing to be put back.
