Either one, rack is usually easier to take loose(double d shaft,, no splines. Just need a 11mm socket and maybe a prybar

Nope just make sure the donor has the same shifter location

Montes have them on the bbody. My next project car will b an 88-96 2-door gp, hoping for a 96 gtp

While in the jy look for 95-99 monte z34s front sway is 34 mm, 96-99 rear is 20mm, 95 rear is 22mm
