problem need help (grounds)

What do these 2 grounds bolt to? My brother pulled them off and he doesnt rember so it leaves me stuck -_- heres a pic

yessirs same thing i thought. I took them off like 2 weeks ago and totally forgot about them lol. Thanks guys

It looks like the one with the red end is the positive lead that goes to the starter, the other one goes to the stud in the bellhousing close to the starter.
